Hi, my name is Will and I am the founder of Upon-a-Van conversions and the lead convertor on all projects. My partner Sophie and I love van-life and I first got the conversion bug when converting a VW Crafter, which we named Upon-a-Van, after our local town, Stratford-upon-Avon. As the son of a builder, who also happens to run his own business in that trade, I was introduced to the idea of high-quality craftsmanship from a young age and picked up the basis for the skills required to create beautiful handcrafted campervans.

I previously worked for Quirky Campers, the industry leader when it comes to handcrafted campervan rentals. Here I advanced my knowledge of this industry and developed a passion for high quality conversions that are both beautiful and practical. This is when I decided to combine my practical skills and craftsmanship with my extensive knowledge of both campervan conversions and the industry as a whole and Upon-a-Van Conversions was born.

We also offer a range of other services for already converted campervans and motorhomes, including system upgrades and replacements.
